1. How one can create an account on PlushDoor?
a. Through an INVITE sent to you by PlushDoor team or any PlushDoor member.
b. You have to register yourself on the PlushDoor Website through Customer Login / Register.
Post your registration formalities, getting completed, you will be given a unique User ID and Password and your account will be created. You could use this ID and Password to access your account at any point in time, other than when the site is down due to some unforeseen reason.

3. What are the benefits of registering?
Post Registration, you become part of the esteemed PlushDoor family as a member. You are entitled to all the benefits that may be proclaimed on PlushDoor from time to time. There could be advantages accruing due to the offers made by the partners on board. There could be promotions undertaken by the specific Brands from time to time and the members would be eligible for all the benefits mentioned in the promo subject to the conditions given therein. The members may benefit from the Loyalty Program run by the platform (if any) subject to the conditions therein.
4. Are all the items sold on PlushDoor authentic?
PlushDoor sources the items from authentic sources only. PlushDoor has an undertaking from each Seller through the Seller’s Agreement that they will provide authentic items to PlushDoor Customers
5. Does PlushDoor have a physical store that I can visit?
No, currently PlushDoor do not have any physical presence, it is only available on the web.
6. Is it safe for me to order on PlushDoor?
You are always protected when you place an order on PlushDoor. When you purchase an item, we keep your payment safe with us until you've received your order. If your item does not match the description, please notify us within 3 days of delivery (All domestic purchases). After we verify your claim, we'll refund payment. If we don't hear from you within 3 days after your order is delivered, we'll assume everything is OK and release your payment to the Seller. Once we release the payment, all sales are final and no refunds will be available.
7. Can I visit The PlushDoor or its Partners office and see and test drive a car before I purchase it?
Yes, you can deposit the token money, which is fully refundable and can meet the partner for a test drive. (T&C applied)
8. How can I pay for my purchase(s)?
PlushDoor is integrated with multiple payment gateways thus you can make the Payment through the PlushDoor specified Payment Gateway.
9. Can I buy an item by paying in installments?
Currently this facility is not in place, maybe in future we will launch this option.
10. What payment methods does PlushDoor accept and is it safe to use my credit card online?
You can pay online through Internet banking, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Debit cards). All payments are processed through a secure checkout system. PlushDoor is shipping its products to all the major Metros most of the state capitals and B class cities. Moreover, you can enter the pin code in the address page to check the availability of this facility. 14. How long does delivery take, and how much will it cost?
We endeavor to deliver domestic orders between 7 to 10 business days (excludes public holidays & Sundays). The Delivery time may increase during holidays and festive periods. The delivery of some orders are free and some are chargeable, please refer it in the product description page.
15. Can you ship the products to multiple addresses?
We are only able to deliver to one address per order. If you would like to send your purchases to multiple addresses, we suggest that you place a separate order for each destination.
16. Do you ship the products internationally?
Only designer wears can be purchased and delivered internationally. You are welcome to purchase all type of designer wear on our site (Unless specified “No International shipping”) from anywhere in the world.
17. Can I change or amend my order once it has
Before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch, we can cancel an item. To change an Item/Order you have to cancel the existing order and place a new order. Once the order is shipped it cannot be cancelled. Please read our Shipping and return policy.
18. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your air way-bill number to track your package. If you have registered, you can also follow the progress of your delivery by signing into your account and selecting My Account.
19. How do I return an item?
Making a return is easy. You have 07 days (international) and 3 days (Domestic) from the date of delivery to decide whether to keep your items or return. Simply place requests through MY ACCOUNT page. Please refer our Shipping and return policy for further details.
